Overview:
       The Mad-3k Marauder is a combination fire support/ fast attack
   mech suited for a variety of terrains and battle conditions. The
   mixture of power and long range in the Mad-3k's primary weapons makes
   it a fierce contender to any mech's dominance of a battlefield.

Capabilities:
       This Marauder is equiped first and foremost with the mighty Long
   Tom Cannon, which can bring swift and inexorable death to most
   weakend mechs at close range.  Additionally, extended range Large
   Lasers add a very dependible amount of effectiveness to its medium
   and long ranged combat perforamnce. A suite of defensive
   countermeasures to discourage missle volleys include Gaurdian ECM and
   an AMS system. Lastly, a very powerful Fusion XL engine allows the
   Mad-3k to be quite nimble on the battle field, making it far more
   capable of evading enemy fire than most assault mechs.

Deployment:
       The Mad-3k Marauder can be deployed easily and readily into any
   situation. It is a swift, stalwart defender just as much as it is a
   tenacious harrasing unit. It's counter-measures make it a viable
   ambush unit and it's speed makes it an effective member of a
   patrol-in-force party. Your needs affects what it does, rather than
   it's needs affecting what you do.

Battle History:
       The Mad-3k is still in the alpha testing phases and is soon to be
   seeing combat.
